OPEN DOOR
Open Door is Latch’s mentorship scheme. 2021 will be the second year of the programme with six talented individuals gaining music industry experience. The mentorships will consist of weekly video calls, access to learning resources, seminars, open lines of communication during work hours and shadowing client campaigns.
The aim of this programme is to help the mentees build a rounded skill set in order to grow their own businesses or forge their own path in the music industry.
We would like the mentorship opportunity to grow into a real, working relationship where the candidate would consult on ongoing projects and campaigns.
